Managing Your Account
Keeping your details up to date helps make your experience with Sensory Playground as smooth as possible. From faster checkouts to easier order tracking, your account is designed to give you full control.
To access your account, simply select the account icon in the top right-hand corner of the header and sign in using your email and password. If you don’t yet have an account, you can create one in just a few steps.
Your Account Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your account area, where you can view and manage everything in one place. Whether you’re updating your details or checking an order, it’s all easily accessible.
Updating Your Personal Details
You can update your name, email address and contact information at any time. Keeping these details accurate helps us stay in touch about your orders and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Managing Your Addresses
Add, edit or remove delivery and billing addresses to suit your needs.
Whether you’re sending items to your home, a school, or as a gift, saving your addresses makes checkout quicker and more convenient.
Updating Payment Details
You can manage your saved payment methods securely within your account.
If your card details change or you’d like to use a different payment method, simply update your information for a faster, hassle-free checkout next time.
For your security, we do not store full card details.
Viewing Your Orders
